She is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) and the National Speakers Association (NSA). Her company is a six-time award winner of Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) and was honored as one of the Top 25 Small Businesses in Orlando by the Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce. In 2011, Melinda Brody and Company will celebrate 25 years in the housing industry.
