Kim began her career with Melinda Brody and Company as a shopper in 2001. Her years of experience with the company have positioned her as the Director of Operations. In this role she supervises both the scheduling and the review team to ensure the best quality product and the quickest turnaround possible. Kim focuses on Client trend reports and compiles the firm’s annual Benchmark Study , which compares all builder clients’ scores nationwide.
Senior Marketing Consultant
As a Trainer and Sales Coach for Melinda Brody and Company, Leah specializes in working with sales consultants in the new home industry to help them develop specific goals and implement strategic action plans to achieve sales success. Leah Turner is committed to partnering with sales people to reach new heights in their professional lives! Having spent many years as a highly charged sales and marketing executive in the home building and general real estate industries, Leah understands the unique challenges and pressures specific to the real estate industry. Her vast experience in sales and marketing combined with her training in personal coaching allows her to objectively work with your sales team and coach them to success and improve their performance in their professional careers.
Leanne heads up our Review Team. Her duties include editing videos, writing the evaluation reports and narrative and accurately scoring the sales agents to provide our client with a quantifiable report. Each reviewer completes an in depth orientation of Melinda’s 5 Star Selling program, which enables them to evaluate the do’s and don’ts of a good sales presentation. Leanne recently celebrated 7 years with MB&C.
As part of the review team, Misty uses the principles of Melinda’s 5 Star Selling program to score the sales agents on their presentations. This score allows the client to pinpoint the sales agent’s strengths and weaknesses. Misty also edits the video footage, creating a professional and insightful video that is available for both instant streaming and download.
Scheduler/Follow Up Coordinator
Kellie started with the firm in March, 2016. Her background as a paralegal is what makes her such a star at the detailed world of scheduling shops. Kellie works closely with our shoppers to ensure the shop demographic is matched as closely as possible. Kellie is also our Follow Up Coordinator and makes sure all email and phone follow up from the shops is reported accurately and in a timely way.

Karen began mystery shopping for Melinda Brody and Company in 2005. She is MSPA Gold Certified and has completed over 850 successful shops. Karen’s background in education, experience in training and years of mystery shopping enable her to identify with and understand shopper challenges. She recruits and interviews new applicants and coaches them through their first assignments as well as serving as a mentor for our shoppers.
